Operational Excellence Champion

Tasks:

• Develops and leads the execution of the Operational Excellence strategy
• Develops a culture of continuous improvement
• Selects and prioritizes operational excellence projects and resources to support strategies and key objectives. Manages the project portfolio and progress reporting.
• Leads global and multiple projects, bringing major quality and productivity improvements
• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert on use of operational excellence tools
• Leverages operational excellence knowledge and capabilities by managing the resources.
• Identifies new candidates for further training and certification

Requirements:

• university-level degree in life sciences or a technical/engineering discipline.
• Formal training in 6-Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Further training in change management, project management, are desirable.
• Fluent in English as well as German proficiency (spoken)

• high performing, credible professional, with a track record of successfully managing major change projects and continuous improvements programs, ideally in the field of technical development or manufacturing for pharmaceuticals
