Payroll & Reward Manager (Compensation & Benefit)

 

 

In this position you are responsible for the payroll management of the company’s. That includes the responsiblity for the timely and accurate delivery of payroll and related client service, including recordkeeping and reporting. You will manage the global payroll process for several companies, in accordance with Group procedures and legal obligations. Furthermore you provides the necessary data to the persons and institutions concerned and follow up on personnel files. You will autonomously managing the complete payroll administration and handling of personnel data and salary data in the HR SAP system, verification and reliability.


 

For this challanging position a minimum of five years of experience with primary responsibility for Swiss payroll, including management of pensions schemes. Experience working with time and attendance, payroll and HRIT systems is essential, as well as deep knowledge of payroll and accounting practices and principles. You must have the capability to handle complex enquiries regarding payroll (linked to financial accounting), withholding tax and social security, good understanding of human resources policies (social security policies, rulings by authorities, expat policies, etc.). Your knowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility is essential, also good proven Tax- and Social Systems knowledge.
